• Shangri-La

  Filmed over 4 days in Coney Island, SHANGRI-LA explores one showgirl’s relationship to aging in a world driven by beauty and youth. Inspired by the films of Doris Wishman and Douglas Sirk and with a cast mostly comprised of New York nightlife staples (including myself), SHANGRI-LA questions whether our dreams are stronger than our destiny.
